Social and Digital Media Assistant - Farmers Guardian Magazine: May 2022 - Aug 2023

• I assisted with admin tasks and data entry across a number of teams in the company, and efficiently work to the best standards.

• I ensured that content from the website and physical magazine are posted on the socials, and I curate the content for each audience (Facebook, Twitter, etc). Impressions boosted to 2 million+ within 3 months of my employment.

• I created the graphics for each post and respond to direct messages and comments by clients/viewers.

• I assisted editors and writers by uploading stories to the website and scheduling them to post.

• I assisted with #FARM24, the massively successful campaign which received 74 million impressions, earned #2 trending in the UK and #8 worldwide, and gained support from PM Rishi Sunak and celebrity chefs (Jamie Oliver, etc).

Face Covering Creator: Mar-Nov 2020

• In response to the shortage of masks when COVID-19 took hold, I utilised my sewing and craft hobby to create reusable, sustainable, and eco-friendly face coverings.

• I launched a small business called 'Made By Rose' and created posters, which I advertised in my local area.

• Soon, I had clients from around the UK purchasing my face coverings. Many of these clients were returning customers.

• I provided these face coverings at a small price, ensuring as many people as possible had access to them.

Shop Assistant - Holland House Farm Shop: June-Dec 2018

• I was required to routinely clean all areas of the shop, ensuring proper hygiene in both the kitchen and main customer area.

• I developed my customer service skills and worked quickly when there was a large line.

• Often, I was borrowed by other areas of the garden centre and cafe to help out; this developed my skills in gardening, maintenance, and customer service.

• I was trusted to care for the shop alone on many occasions, and dealt with reorganising and stocking shelves.

• I was tasked with designing posters and staff profiles across the three leisure centres in the area.

• I developed my customer service skills and worked in a team to maintain the upkeep of several areas of the centre.

• I assisted with the design of the website and graphics for the weekly publication.

• I was encouraged to animate a short animation for the site's 404 error page.

• I built and developed knowledge of pet care, assisting colleagues with feeding and cleaning of fish, reptiles, and small mammals.

• I ensured I had knowledge of the products sold, so I could advise customers correctly on food, cleaning, and play products.

• I ensured the store was clean and tidy at all times, and promoted responsible pet ownership amongst customers.
